*The Smart Solutions Semester is an interdisciplinary research and development semester that guides students in their growth towards becoming agile professionals. During the semester, groups of four to eight third- and/or fourth-year students from at least three different degree programmes get hands-on with a complex issue from a research group or the professional field. In this way innovation, creativity and interdisciplinary collaboration play a central role.
